Marjorie Musgrave has been practicing law since 2002. She joined Bray & Johnson in 2012 and practices primarily in the areas of Criminal Law, Child Welfare, and Family Law. Marjorie is uniquely qualified to handle complex Juvenile/Family/Criminal law cases. Often her cases involve all three areas when a client is involved in a criminal case that results in the Department of Family and Children Services becoming involved which in turn results in a divorce or child custody action. This is most common with DUI, drug, and Family Violence arrests. Ms. Musgrave prides herself on her ability to work all three types of cases (Criminal – DFCS – Custody) together so that the final result in all the cases works to one fair resolution for the client. She takes her interest in building strong families into her personal life as a Cub Scout leader, a member of the Creekview JROTC Booster’s Board, and a Sunday School teacher.
